Reminder if you have a book of tickets that are already sold, please bring them back to the Baker Centre.
Cookie our Sponsors program is Back. We are looking for 25 dozen cookies. Please have to my office no later than Monday November 6th. We have had and have the most amazing sponsors at the YK Seniors’ Society. This is our way of saying Thank you for always supporting seniors.
Reminder that our Craft and Bake sale i coming up again this year. The date is Nov 11th at 12(noon) to 5pm Saturday. We are looking for bake goods donations to sell on the senior’s table. Volunteer list to help will be going up starting the beginning of November.
We are also looking again at raffling of gift baskets. We are looking for items to go into the baskets. The theme for the baskets are going to be themed romance, Christmas and also kitchen. Please have those items to the Baker centre no later than Wednesday November 8th, so we have time to put all the baskets together.
Diwali Dinner The Festival of Lights Saturday November 18th here at the Baker Centre. Tickets are going to go on Sale starting Wednesday October 25th here in my office. Price is going to be $45.00 per ticket. Open will open at 6:30pm and dinner will be starting around 7pm
This dinner is being done again by Prem and her amazing crew.
Tuesday October 31st from 10am to 3pm there is going to be a Flu/covid Vaccine Clinic at the Baker Community Centre. They will not be taking appointments. This will be on a First Come First Serve Basis

Parking is still an issue at the Baker Community Centre. Please consider parking on 57th street or carpooling with a friend.
